I found the service, friendliness and helpfulness of then store and assistant very good. All my questions were dealt with satisfactorily and I finally got the product I was looking for.

Omg! Amazing service from the store manager Shaun. So helpful only went to look at beds and ended biting the bullet and bought one. I have worked in retail for a long time and I don’t think some of my staff have his customer service skills. It was an absolute joy. He took all the stress out of our shopping for a bed, mattress and headboard there was no pressure from him either. If every retailer had a Shaun in their shop what a great shopping experience it would be.

Assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful. Happy to give us her time but without being at all pushy. We were given time to think about our options. we did leave the store and looked elsewhere but decided we preferred the experience at dreams.
