Everything was explained properly to us about the different types of mattress available. We tried a lot of beds out. Coffee was very good

sales person Jordon was very helpful he knew what he was talking about . we tried the special bed to see what sort of mattress we kneeded with the help of Jordon and had a good chose of items to choose from . he offered us coffee . explained all about the delivery ect .

We met with a very helpful gentleman who spent time showing us what was suitable for our needs. We were not rushed and provided with a coffee while we debated what was available. The service was excellent!

The manager in the store was very knowledgeable and also very helpful without being pushy. He gave us all the assistance we required and left us to make our decision.

We were highly satisfied with the service we received from Shaun in helping us choose the correct bed and mattress.

James was a brilliant customer service person, he introduced himself, asked us if we would like to try the sleep machine, helped us to use the sleep machine, indicated the beds it recommended and left us to try them, he did not hassle us or push us but if we needed to ask a question he was right there. He said take as long as you like and try as many as you like, it is quite a big decision. This is the type of service we like, we hate being pressured/hassled. He was very knowledgeable when we asked about pillows, and also the mattress protectors, he didn't try to push the most expensive products but listening to our needs. We decided not to go to the other local bedstore and made our purchase because we liked the product and James.
