Dreams - Gloucester

We visited the store on the Saturday and were assisted by Shaun. He was extremely knowledgable about the products and took the time to understand our requirements, in particular my partners back troubles. He helped us to find the right mattress and also bed frame within budget. Shaun was really friendly and we felt free to ask him as.many questions as we had. We came in on the Sunday to purchase the bed, unfortunately Shaun was not working this day but the other colleague who serviced us was just as friendly and knowledgable. Really lovely store, would recommend to others and would return again. :)

James from the Gloucester branch made every visit up to purchasing the bed and mattress a dream! His friendliness and understanding and patience with my constant changing mind with multiple visits before actually purchasing. Every time he offered us a drink and chatted and helped get us closer to choosing the perfect bed for us!

James was very helpful and knowledgable which made it much easier to make the right decision
