Dreams - Gloucester

I suffer with chronic pain and tried a few mattresses with no success of comfort. We were greeted by a sales rep named Alan who was friendly & spent a lot of time discussing the options re mattresses. His knowledge and advice made us feel confident that we have chosen a comfortable mattress that will suit our needs. We decided on a Tempur mattress and though more money, we believe it will be worth every penny. We would like to say a big thank you to Alan at the Gloucester store for his kindness, patience and for his professional manner. Kind regards Mr & Mrs Siney

The sales advisor Shaun was extremely professional. He answered every question I had and even gave me more information than I thought I needed. He made me feel as though this was fate and that my purchase was just meant to be . He was so positive in everything he said I did that I will now always try Dreams before I go elsewhere in future. The bed I have bought just looked perfect for my needs. The sales team as a whole worked together to assist me. Whilst only a small thing, one processed my order whilst another made me a hot drink, which in its self was excellent. I cannot say in words just how happy I was with the professionalism I received today at Dreams.

Having visited other bed sale rooms ,I was extremely pleased with the courtesy and thoroughness of the gentleman dealing with us. More importantly the price which favoured considerably with previous quotes at other outlets. Quality,choice and delivery was most important also.

The sales person was Louise who offered us a coffee and showed us the products. Even though we couldn’t make our mind up between two mattresses Louise never lost interest and stuck with us. 5 star service.
