We were greeted by a sales rep named Alan who was friendly & spent a lot of time discussing the options re mattresses. His knowledge and advice made us feel confident that we have chosen a comfortable mattress that will suit our needs. We decided on a Tempur mattress and though more money, we believe it will be worth every penny.
