Very personable gentleman in a nice store

Very friendly staff. Got the help I needed without staff being pushy which I have found in different stores. I had my 2 children with me aswell and I didn’t feel like it was a problem which I have also found in the past

Friendly sales assistant, came over straight away to see what we needed help with but left us to decide on our own. Very happy with service

The staff were friendly, the process of purchasing was simple. The knowledge of the staff was superb. Delivery is due on Tuesday so hopefully all goes smoothly.

The care taken and the friendliness of the sales assistant. To the computerised bed which determined what type of mattress we required was great, because it took away a lot of the guess work. Plus the quality of our purchases and the variety we had to choose from, made the overall experience at shopping at Dreams very easy and pleasurable.

Louise who is the lady who dealt with us is a credit to your company she explained everything to us and answered all questions her knowledge of all beds and mattresses is outstanding and would certainly recommend for the first class service we were given

I am often put off bed shops as I have always felt like I am being sold to. Alan was the complete opposite of that, he was very knowledgeable and gave us the necessary time to make the decisions we needed to make whilst providing us with all the necessary information to make an informed decision

Alan the sales advisor based at the Gloucester store was extremely knowledgeable about all of the products, he was very friendly and took time without being pushy for the sale. I would highly recommend seeing Alan for any new customers. My second experience was with James who was too very friendly and attentive.
