The assistant was really helpful, knew which product to take me know abd which options to look at.

Natasha was excellent and her product knowledge was second to none. She was patient, offered water to us, pillows, explained the warranty cover.

The store was very clean and tidy. The sales person was very well turn out, in her appearance , and she introduced herself by name. Natashia, Her manner was very professional, and her knowledge of the item that we were viewing was comprehensively explain. She guided us through the details of the purchase and delivery and disposal of our old mattress All in all a very good shopping experience.

Natasha was so helpful would definitely recommend Dreams to friends. The shop was very under staffed she had to drive from another shop in London to help out, she certainly did that helping her assistant and making customers at ease. Brilliant service 👍

I was greeted well and given some water. The Sales Assistant didn't bombard me with constant questions or tried to sell me things. He understood my requirements and was very helpful in a lot of ways.

I found Bhupendra to be very patient because I liked 2 mattresses and couldn’t make up my mind.He answered all my questions with no hesitation.Iwent on your machine to find out which mattress should suit me and when I sat up unfortunately I was very dizzy, he immediately told me to sit still and fetched me a bottle of water. He did not rush me in any way and I found him very courteous and understanding and would like you to thank him again on my behalf. After feeling better we went to desk where he printed out bill and went through it all with me. I am more than satisfied with the way I was treated in your Store.

The assistant was very polite and helpful, not sales ‘pushy’ at all. Did t disdainfully look at us when my son actually chose the cheapest of the mattresses he showed us despite this being the comfiest one for my son. Relaxed procedure, loved the ‘bed analyser’ experience
