This is a return visit after purchasing a bed from you a few years ago. Guy is always very helpful and I have always been happy with his advise.

When I went into the shop for a mattress I wasn’t quite sure what I was looking for as in firmness or quality. The salesman was very helpful and told me what the differences were in the way the mattresses were made and whether they were springs or memory type. He had a lot of patience. He told me prices and also some of the offers that were in the shop.

I was greeted in the Feltham store by Buphen with a bright smile and very polite. I was offered water and answered all the queries I had and helped me choose the right bed and pillow as I suffer from back pain. I was really satisfied with his customer service.
