Very friendly staff. Has explained the difference of tempur with spring and non-spring mattress which I was looking for.

Very pleased over all . The place was clean , the man who served us (Guy) was very nice we all had a little laugh , he was friendly, very helpful, and kind. Over all very happy, plus it was in the sale . Brilliant.

your employer at your Feltham branch called Bhupen, was amazing, he greeted my friend and myself at the door, and asked what we were interested in. Showed us various examples as well as offering water and we both had a go on the bed machine which helped us with our decisions, He took time to explain everything and answered our questions informatively, the whole experience was made with ease.

From the moment we walked into Dreams we were greeted with a warm welcome. But not over pressured like in some shops when they jump on you as soon as you walk through the door. When asking question the salesman went over and above to make us understand the colour coding usage of the throws on each bed. The different colours in bases and headboard choices we had etc. We were offered a bottle of water hand sanitizer and if needed any extra help just to ask. Overall a very nice experience and would definitely recommend. Weldone dreams. Perfect customer service. 👌

Myself and my Wife, was Very Satisfied with the Service we received, during our visit to Dreams of Feltham. The Salesman, his name was Guy, was Very Knowledgeable, Very Helpful and Friendly. The whole sales process was Relax and Easy. He is a Credit to the Company. We really enjoyed our experience at Dreams of Feltham and will use them again, in the future. The sales person Guy was highly knowledgeable and very courteous and friendly, the mattress ordered was for my elderly mum and he really helped her to choose the correct product and was happy to spend time explaining the options to her and did not try in any way to influence her decision.
