I got assistance as soon as I got into the store. I requested a firm mattress and I got all the help I needed inmediately.

The service we received from Guy was excellent. He was knowledgable, friendly and not at all pushy which was appreciated. It’s the third time this year we have purchased from Dreams Feltham. The products and service have been excellent on all occasions.

Sales staff were friendly and helpful but not pushy, did not feel pressurised into anything. The machine used to identify best mattress options for us was helpful in reducing the choices to a manageable number
