Welcomed immediately, very welcome offer of water Bhopen spoke clearly and knowledgably. He was there to offer assistance when asked but gave us plenty of time for discussion/ Felt totally relaxed at no times being rushed. All paperwork completed in a relaxed but professional manner. He was a welcome blast from the past for total service and civility. All this while offering the same service to other customers in the shop. Many congratulations on your customer service.

Our salesperson Guy was lovely, friendly and very knowledgeable. My husband and I were impressed!

Because from the moment my daughter & I entered the shop a chap named Guy came to greet us, he was very attentive and helpful in suggesting which type of bed would be suitable for me as I’m disabled.

Bhupen was very attentive as I was with my Elderly Aunt (who placed the order) and was more than happy to talk to her about the products, allowing her to rest having walked in from the car and giving us water. She tried numerous beds with the pillow that he suppied, offered Sleepmatch and could explain the difference in products easily.
