Bhupen, the assistant, was very helpful. He offered us water as soon as we came in which was we lovely of him. I am 9 months pregnant and he ensured I was comfortable throughout my visit. He helped carry my pillow when testing the beds and also helped with my jacket. He gave me enough time to make my mind up without pressurizing me.

Bhupen took his time to get to know our needs and even made recommendations to find exactly what we wanted. He even suggested trying out the 'Sleepmatch' machine which was great, it felt a lot like a soft gentle massage and it gave me detailed information about the mattresses I should be looking for rather than trying every bed in the store. Bhupen provided us with test pillows suitable for my wife's and my different needs from the information he initially gathered from us. He wasn't just trying to get a sell out of us, but actually ensure we left the store knowing what we needed which eventually led to us buying a new mattress, as well as knowing what sort of pillows we should aim to purchase to meet our different needs.

I went to dreams hoping for a particular mattress for my back and got one . I highly recommend anyone to come to Dreams . It was an excellent service throughout I was showed several mattress which was brilliant the customer service was excellent too and the place was so clean .
