Selection was good. Staff member was very knowledgable and helpful in finding myself a mattress, bed, pillows etc. Paying and using the 9 month interest free was quick.

The gentleman, (Guy,re the Feltham branch) who attended to me was very courteous, not at all pushy, but very informative and made me feel at ease to ask many various questions about the "minefield" of purchasing the right mattress. Thank you Guy.

The person who served me was very polite and helped me with finding a mattress for my self and my son. I was shown different options all with in my price range. I was very happy with the service and time he took to make sure we were happy.

Great staff, friendly professional and helpful. This is my fourth but with Dreams. Your staff member GUY, is super helpful, explains everything you need to know about different types of mattresses, suggesting ideal solutions as per need base, guiding one Thru all the different types of beds and their functions offering a better understanding of how to get what one needs personally and not just based on offer prices etc. a bed you need and is suitable for you and one you will be comfortable and happy in. The time taken and dedication to this service means not only you’ve made a good purchase but also that you’ve with his help made a sound purchase a personal one based on you!

We were served by Guy He took care of us and was very patient with us. He made sure he answered all our questions and also made sure we were hydrated haha. He made sure he gave us water. His customer service was absolutely amazing. 5stars
