Dreams - Feltham

When I went into the shop for a mattress I wasn’t quite sure what I was looking for as in firmness or quality. The salesman was very helpful and told me what the differences were in the way the mattresses were made and whether they were springs or memory type. He had a lot of patience. He told me prices and also some of the offers that were in the shop.

I was greeted in the Feltham store by Buphen with a bright smile and very polite. I was offered water and answered all the queries I had and helped me choose the right bed and pillow as I suffer from back pain. I was really satisfied with his customer service. I liked the store, because there are a lot of good quality and beautiful products, the friendliness and high-quality explanation of the sellers quickly placed my order.

I called the Dreams store in Feltham and was assisted by Guy who listened diligently to my needs and prepared my order for when I visited the store the following morning. Guy was patient, knowledgeable, friendly and had listened to my needs and double checked everything before finalising.He also ensured extras such as pillows was included. Guy had excellent communication skills and I would therefore highly recommend Guy and this store to friends and family

The sales assistant took the time to find out my needs and made appropriate recommadations. On top of this he was not pushy and was patient whilst we made our choice. Offered bottle water as well (nice gesture)

Bhupen was highly knowledgeable about the products. He showed me different options available within my budget. He provided a discount for delivery. He also provided me with a drink. He Tok the time to understand my needs.

We where greeted by bhupendra as soon as we entered the shop . He asked how he could help us , we went in to purchase new mattress for our spare room . We went on the sleep beds and after was given water , he showed us all the suitable mattresses , he was very knowledgable and very polite and friendly and I never felt the pressure to buy . We ended up with a great mattress but also a headboard and New king size mattress for us too. We left the shop 1600 pound lighter . Great service very pleased
