Mr Bhupendra was extremely helpful. Before showing us the beds, he made sure I tried the measuring bed, yo determine the best best for me. He went through couples of bed until we found the perfect one.

We were served by a gentleman under the name 'Guy' at your Feltham branch. He was very polite, knowledgeable and could even have slight jokes with him! He helped and guided us with everything we needed, answering our 100 questions. There was also another lovely gentleman who came over to give my very shy daughter and lovely book to read while she was with us.
