Led around by a lovely employee named Karen who fulfilled our needs perfectly, she saw straight away we were inexperienced young buyers and helped us pick out the perfect bed to meet our needs and our budget. Hadn't planned on buying at the store, but Karen made us feel comfortable and confident in making the choice! great employee

Ben was very helpful and knowledgeable. The store practiced good Covid Secure efforts and it was clean and efficient. Good choice of mattresses

We were greeted and being assisted by Nigel, in the Farnborough store. He was very helpful, knowing exactly what to show and for us to try out. Nigel was very funny and he made us feel at ease with no pressure to purchase anything straight away. Nigel ensured our experience was safe and enjoyable. Explained everything in detail and very chatty. We did not intend to purchase a mattress as we already have ordered one. However, after speaking with Nigel and trying the Sleep Match system, we purchased a new mattress in store. Very pleased overall.
