the saleswoman we dealt with was lovely, she took plenty of time to talk us through our options and was so warm and personable

As soon as we entered the store we were greeted by Karen, who was incredibly helpful in narrowing down choices to show us based on what we were looking for. She was able to direct me straight to the bed frames I was interested and even gave us space to have a look by ourselves and discuss. When I had decided, she was extremely helpful at putting in the order and explaining the additional services that were available. In terms of the delivery time frame, I was incredibly pleased to get a time frame much earlier than I expected and was told that this could be changed if needed - as I am buying a new build property and need to get flooring installed I do not know the exact date that flooring will be fitted yet. An incredibly smooth and not in the least bit stressful of an experience and would not hesitate to use this store again or to recommend to family and friends.

The staff in the Farnborough store were all very helpful and very knowledgeable, helped us make the right choice of bed and Matress.

The sales assistance was very helpful and knowledgable. He took his time explaining the different types off mattresses and comfort. He offered myself and partner a drink on arrival and made us feel at ease.

The salesperson, Karen from Fornborough is very thoughtful and helpful. As I am currently pregnant, she considers my situation and share as much as she could help not only focus on making the deal. She never give us pressure during the trail but patiently waiting.
