We were looking for replacement mattresses for previous Dream mattresses but that exact model no longer existed but were told which was the equivalent current day ones.

The Farnborough store looked very inviting and everything was displayed clearly.The store assistant Ben was not pushy but was extremely helpful and informative.We chose the right mattress for our particular needs and the purchasing process went very smoothly. We are now using our new mattress and are very satisfied with it.

I needed a complete bed and mattress. Due to the assistance provided by the adviser i was more than happy to jut order and get everything done on that day. I would've looked around and tried other places/compared prices but the way the staff member assisted and preformed i was more than happy to just get the stuff. I was so impress at the staff member dealing with me that after i'd paid, I went and found the manager to make it known to the manager that this person was amazing today. Staff member was friendly never pressured, popped up at the right times, walked me through and assisted with finding the right bed, answered all my questions had great knowledge and provided water and a tape measure I had no stress and was provided for/taken care of. I can't remember her name due to it being on my paper work at home but top service. Again I've paid the money and it was a bit, but only because of the service i received in store that day.
