I came to the store after researching online and wished I had made the visit sooner. The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful and took so much time and interest in what I needed. Geraldine went beyond what I could have asked or expected to help me get the bed of my dreams..... I’m so excited, i literally can’t wait for it to be delivered - which is in 4 days time.

The staff member who assisted us was extremely patient and helpful and gave us plenty of time and space to deliberate over our purchase. She was excellent throughout. pleased about the social distancing and cleanliness of the store.

i was highly satisfied with my experience to my local store as we where greeted upon entering the sales assistant then came and asked if we could use any help she then listened to what we where looking fore and any further preference we had she then showed us some of the products that fit our need and answered any questions we had with confidents she then gave us time to think over all the options she then made herself available when it came to my purchase we where offered a drink and she asked if there was anything further we wanted to know before we went ahead she then explained the delivery options and procedure to us before thanking us for our custom and saying goodbye
