Right from the word go, we were greeted in a very freindly manner and had someone with us the whole time, talking through all our options and being very patient whilst we pondered our decisions. Very helpful indeed

Really easy process. Love the technology go help choose the right bed. Also sales wasn't pressurised. Cornell at the Farnborough branch was amazing

The lady who sold us the bed was super friendly. She took the time to show us all types of mattresses and explained to us the benefits or different types.

Pleasantly surprised No hard sell but a lot of helpful information supplied by a very friendly and knowledgeable sales person. I was impressed with the bed selection process and choice of beds. The store was very clean, tidy and uncrowded.

The staffs are nice and helpful, with good product knowledge and able to provide recommendations during our visit.

Our needs were met in full. Mike was very helpful and was more than happy to assist with the trouble of choosing a new bed. My wife and children are very happy!! While we were placing the order the other staff happily kept the kids entertained! Excellent service all round.

All the team was welcoming, not over pushy, had a go of the machine, included my granddaughter in the chat, to make her feel welcome, offered us warm or cold beverages, felt comfortable trying as many beds and pillows as I wanted, great detail given about each one, was left to choose which one I preferred, at my price range, no pressure to buy most expensive, treated every mattress with good feedback overall a good intelligent visit and highly knowledgeable

Everyone in the store was welcoming and friendly and spoke to us. We were given the opportunity to try out many products as well as the sleep match.
