We were greeted by someone straight away, explained what we wanted then he got on with the job of taking us through different options according to our budget and most importantly we didn't feel rushed which made our shopping trip quite an enjoyable one.

Geraldine was very knowledgeable about the products in the showroom, she listened to what we wanted and was able to provide us with a suitable bed and mattress in a timely fashion. The communication from purchase to deliver has been exceptional and much appreciated. The delivery drivers were great too.

Karen the lady listened to what I had to say about the problems I was having with my bed, helped me find a bed good for me but then also said I should get my partner to come back and try the machine that matches you to the bed. The bed she picked for me was very near the kind of bed the computer chose for me. So knows her job very well.
