Excellent customer service throughout our 2 visits to your Farnborough store, Nigel was a fantastic support and a real asset to your team!

Excellent knowledge and extremely helpful. Visited many other high street stores for different products the same none were anywhere close to ythe service in your store.

From the moment we walked through the door we were met by Cornell who made the whole process enjoyable and effortless. She gave us the right level of information in order for us to make choices about what we needed. She was incredibly personable and made us feel incredibly at ease. I would not hesitate recommending your service to my friends and colleagues.

Karen, who was assisting me in my choice did a first class job and was anxious to ensure that I chose a suitable mattress, in fact, we made several tours of the likely candidates befor I made the final choice.

The staff were very helpful and attentive from the moment of walking into the store but after answering all our questions left us to think and make our selection.

The salesman was very knowledgeable, offered tea and coffee and water, spent a great deal of time helping me choose a bed, then helped organize the delivery and gave us the pillows, duvet and mattress cover which we weren't expecting. His name was Mike and he had been to the factory where they make the mattress.

Nigel was very knowledgeable on the Tempur range and listened carefully to our requirements. He guided us without being pushy.

I was greeted at the door by Nigel who listened to my needs and showed me a range of different options that suited my needs.

Friendly team, knowledgable and welcoming. No pressure of time and nothing too much trouble. Allowed us to make a decent decision on a mattress and helped with very useful info when requested, whilst not trying to sell us in any particular direction, other than the one that was best for us.
