We were greeted by Michael when we came in. He was brilliant! He was safe, knowledgable, friendly and had a great sense of humour... all whilst remaining professional. He made us feel comfortable and right away seemed to know exactly what we were looking for.

Amanda Anne who served me was very efficient and seemed to know actually what o needed, very Polite and understanding.
