I am very staifsied as Ben in Farnborough branch was very helpful, friendly and full of knowledge.

Benjamin was the guy I dealt with an he was extremely helpful and personable. He made us feel comfortable and suggested products that were spot on for us. He left us to make decisions instead of pressuring us to buy. He was very professional but also very approachable.

Greeted by a friendly, helpful assistant. They were Knowledgeable about the product range I was looking for. Weren’t pushy, allowed us time to look round and try out products. Checked in with us to see if we had any questions and if we had found anything we liked. There was team work between the sales assistants and we were looked after really well.

Since lockdown I was very weary about going into shops. My experience was so relaxed, the member of staff who assisted me had followed all safety code of conduct of Covid. Karen was very helpful she explained the difference in all aspects of the bed, when ordering Karen run through all information checking and making sure I was happy with everything- including the delivery date. Thank you Karen

The Dreams store was very well set out. Karen greeted us as we came in. Hand sanitiser available and also registered my mobile at the store. Everything was easy to do. Karen was very knowledgable with regard to the different beds. It was easy and unstressed in this crazy world we live in at the moment.

Nigel was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly and all aspects of health and safety was covered. There was no pressure to make a decision which was good.
