We were unsure of what product we wanted to buy and following exceptional service from one of your colleagues using the sleep experience and then finding a lovely mattress for us (Silentnight Farrington) Following this a quick and simple consultation period and booking we were happily on our way to getting our bed.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. No pressure selling and tried to find a product to suit our needs.

It was first experience in the Dreams shop, I was greeted by a lovely lady who listened to my needs and desires and sort out the most suitable mattress that matched my requirements. The lady wasn’t pushy at all very pleasant and engaging. I brought my 9 yr old son with me and that can always be stressful when bringing children along, the lady was really nice and engaging with my son also. I was very pleased with my visit and my purchase. Thank you. 😊
