Sales guy (Ben) was amazing. Extremely helpful, patient & friendly. Guest class service. Extremely efficient!

Professional, knowledgable, not intrusive. I went into Bensons beforehand they completely ignored my presence in the store unlike Dreams!

The assistant called Karen was very helpful from the moment we walked i to the store. She was not pushy but ascertained our needs and was not pushy. Karem was both friendly and professional.

Nigel who served us was very friendly and knowledgable. Didn’t try and sell us anything just guided us around the store and knew exactly what mattresses would be suitable for us to try after we used the sleepmatch machine.

Karen was exceptionally helpful and attentive. She took loads of time to find me and my wife the best bed for us.

Nigel from your Farnborough store was very helpful as we couldn’t order online for whatever reason but he managed to do it for us and was very nice.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Kavitha in the farnborough store. So took us straight to the sleep match and we started testing out mattresses. She was super friendly and you can tell she was a staff member who was always happy to help and nothing was too much to ask. Me and my partner had a lovely experience with her and made buying our first mattress easy and enjoyable. It was lovely to meet her and when it’s time to buy another one, she’s made us decide to go back to Dreams!
