Dreams - Farnborough

When we attended dreams far borough this past Saturday, We were greeted by a warm staff member who politely asked us to sanitise and then asked if we needed assistance. This was great because it was our first time purchasing a mattress and we did not know where to start. Mike then suggested we use the dream technology to help us find the mattress best suited for our needs and support. Mike then showed a range of mattresses that meet our needs and let us try them all out as many times as we liked. All the while he offered us water, kept a safe distance and put all safety measures in place with the use of pillow protectors etc. We said we were going to browse bensons before we commit and Mike was not pushy at all. Bensons did not compare and we soon returned to dreams where Mike again gave us his full attention. The delivery times offered were prompt and we could choose a time. The overall experience was great and could not fault Mike, the store or the team.

Greeted on arrival and the customer assistant knew exactly where the beds that I wanted to test out were located. Great knowledge of the products, was very friendly and helpful. Couldn't fault anything

Geraldine was very helpful and understanding and understood my needs and did not try and sell me something that was not for me. She met my very expectation and I can’t wait to receive my new bed and have endless nights of peaceful sleep.

The staff were very helpful and efficient.

The assistant who helped us was so helpful and patient with us on choosing our mattress. She was also very efficient when undertaking the paperwork for the order, which can sometimes be a bit tedious! She wasn't pushy but knew her products and we found her very personable indeed - a real credit to Dreams.

Nigel was very patient with my husband and me, we did not feel rushed at all. We were shown several different types of mattress to lie on.

The lady helping us was absolutely lovely, friendly and beyond helpful! We left with the full set bed, mattress and pillows! We’re just sad about the longer wait for the bed. Service was 10/10

We were met at the door a sanitiser machine ready to use we told the sales assistant what we wanted, we used the dream works machine I gave our budget we tried 3 mattresses and made our purchase job done
