The service was professional everything was explained to us about the assessment and we were not pressured into a purchase the whole process was extremely calm and supportive

dreams in farnborough:we were greeted by a lovely friendly lady Geraldine who helped us with our search. As soon as we told her we wasnt sure was we needed/wanted she asked us if we would like to try out the machine to tell us what was best for us. This helped alot,she showed us a few different ines in our category and left us to try them out. We then dec we would look at a different shop just to see price difference and she expected that and told us it would be a good idea to look around at different shops. We went to one shop and even tho it was a lot cheaper we didnt like the customer service and really liked how Geraldine was with is so decided to go back. We then asked her if she could show us the cheapest bed base and head board as the mattress was the most Important thing to us. We couldn't get the finance but we told her we would come back the next day with our grandmother and do it through her. Geraldine was not once pushy with is to get a bed she was so lovely and friendly and gave us bottles of water during both visits, we came out with a smile because the way she had treated us. I really hope this gets back to her.

The service offered by Kavitha was friendly and personable. We were assisted very quickly and she catered to our needs, offering us water and a pillow protector to try out several mattresses. We also used the machine to assess our sleeping preferences.

Came into the store and was greeted straight away and assisted from the start with my needs to require a mattress. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly satisfied all round

The sales person was extremely friendly and spent a lot of time with us understanding our needs, whilst helping keep our 3 yr old boy entertained. Overall a great experience.
