Dreams - Farnborough

Karen, our Sales Advisor, could not have been more knowledgeable, friendly and patient. We were very impressed with her service and that of anyone with whom we spoke at the Farnborough store.

Tried the Dreams machine, offered several Mattresses, tried them all, chose the most comfortable, lots of advice, 20% off the one I chose, friendly, easy, transaction done

We had excellent service from Geraldine. She also knew her products. She suggested and advised and then left us to decide at our pace as we continued to test the products in the store. Extremely knowledgeable.

The lady who served us, Kav, was very friendly and even welcomed us back to the store on our return visit the next day. She was knowledgeable about your products and took the time to help our anxious daughter to get comfortable and to ensure she got exactly the right bed for her. Kav was patient, friendly and gave us the space she needed.

Kavitha greeted us immediately at the door and was very friendly. She listened to what I wanted before taking me to the mattress selector thingy. She explained how it would work then when it finished she showed me to all the mattresses that were indicated. She also showed me the ones that I had made a list of from the website. She took me backwards and forwards a bit with no impatience.

Assistant very friendly and knowledgeable of the products. She advised on things that we wouldn't have taken into consideration. Liked the virtual bed which identified how we slept and following analysis the first mattress that we tried was the one we purchased.
