The gentleman was friendly, helpful and new his products.

We were given a friendly welcome, made to feel comfortable and allowed plenty of time to make a decision about our purchase.

The manager helped me get the right bed i wonted I didnt wont to spend as much as i did as the bed is only for my spare bedroom but took the advise of the sale man Who was very polite & liston to what i could afford to spend I have always gone to Dreams in Farnbrough as that r such a friendly team & give great service

We were met immediately we entered and shown where to go.,We we’re advised on the mattress to choose and asked what age the person most likely to be using the bed. The salesperson was personable and put our minds at rest.

The lady that served us was very nice. Her name was Kavitha, she works in Farnborough Store. She greeted us as soon as we entered the shop, asked us the reason for our visit and explained the steps. She was very patient with us and encouraged us to t go back to the selected item to make sure we were purchasing the desired mattress.

We were greeted quickly on arrival, the staff were friendly and welcoming and immediately spent time learning about us and what we were looking for. Their selected products were actively tailored according to our feedback (not just working through the list spit out by the machine) and they were patient with us as we went back and forth on our final decision.

MIKE at Farnborough was a top sales assistant who could not have done more for us. He was so helpful, knowledgeable, polite, friendly and made the whole experience very easy

The guy who served us knew everything about all the products. He answered all questions and helped us find the perfect bed.
