We were greeted by Karen at your Farnborough branch. We was welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable about the products and the whole experience was simply excellent. We thank you for this wonderful service.

Our sales person helped address what we were were looking for. Was very patient and accommodating. Able to order our new mattress and pleased it’s coming in just 1 week.

The Sales rep that helped me was Nigel in Farnborough, he was great. He had good knowledge of the products and was very patient. I wasn't sure which mattress to go for, but he gave good advice and it didn't feel like a sales pitch.

Store and assistant was very Helpfull, and arranged for quick delivery as going into hospital for operation Not a lot of choices in our lower pay scale for new mattress Delivery very good delivered to our room and took away old mattress Overall Very satisfied, and sleeping SO MUCH BETTER

The members of staff was so accommodating and polite and friendly. She made our visit very pleasant.

I was highly satisfied with my visit too the store, as Nigel was very helpful & had patience as I do take a while on deciding things, we sat down, he explained everything to me & when the delivery was arriving, he also offered me a bottle of water, it's what I call a smooth transaction!

Our salesman Nigel was very knowledgable in guiding us to a selection of mattresses that met our needs. We didn’t feel rushed or pressurised with the entire experience.
