We had help all through the process by the store manager and sales team

Sales Assistant met me at the door and guided me through my purchase. A very knowledgeable member of staff who took her time to ensure that I bought exactly what I requested.

Kavitha was excellent - she offered help as soon as we walked into the store, took us to the computer-bed (I can't remember the name) to help us with mattress selection, and allowed us to try the suggested options. She wasn't at all pushy and didn't try to get us to buy a more expensive mattress. She engaged well with our son too, and made him feel relaxed - meaning mattress shopping was easier for us! It was a pleasure to be served by her.

Myself and my partner were really satisfied with the level of service we received by the sales assistant. He was very knowledgeable and had a lot of patience with us as we were flittering between decisions. Beverages were offered and even whilst sitting down placing the order the fan was placed onto us when I mentioned I was feeling warm. We learnt so much about mattresses and correct bed bases, he was so attentive and genuinely wanted to help us pick the correct base and mattress rather then just wanting to have our money.

Mike was helpful, sorted our needs brilliantly. The shop didn't have good ventilation but gave us a bottle of water because it was humid.....you really need the shop to have better ventilation!!! Mike was pleasant and very helpful indeed, it was his knowledge and personality that got us to spend so much money, nearly 2k wow, beds are so expensive...

I would like to highly recommend and commend Jason, the Store Manager at Farnborough. He was welcoming, very knowledgeable, patient, genuinely interested, very professional, explained everything so well, was respectful and considerate. I could not fault the service he gave. Top marks.

I felt special, the service was wonderful, the guy who attended us realized that we spoke in Portuguese and started talking to us in our language, it was much easier to understand and explain what we wanted

Cos Karen was good, patient and considered both our needs/wants.

When I chose my current mattress, the choice was to sit on a few and pick one I liked. Now, with the assistance of "Sleep Master 3000" and Karen who is a "Sleep Professional", my contours and spine were gently rocked by modern technology. Print-out in hand, Karen then showed me to a selection of mattresses that would be gentle on my bony bits and wallet. I selected the gel mattress purely for reasons of kudos and embracing new technology. All in all, a rather pleasant experience.

The assistant Karen could not have been more helpful. She was very mindful of both our age and requirements.
