Dreams - Farnborough

Our visit was a Dream from start to finish. Karen is very knowledgeable and took time to explain what products were available. We were offered refreshments which my husband and I grateful accepted as we had been in out of her stores looking for beds. Her customer service was first class.

We were greeted as we entered but in no way pushy or aggressive. We used the sleep matcher, tried most of the options, the sales lady took our price range and opinions into account, she left us to try the mattresses for some time, bringing us water and pillows throughout. Excellent.

The assistant was very helpful and friendly

As a whole the team in Farnborough are lovely and they definitely need a pay rise. Such a amazing bunch of people. So happy with their service and their details information about the product. The staff member, Karen, was very welcoming, she sought to understand our requirements for a bed and mattress, had good knowledge, was patient as we looked at different items. She was very friendly and approachable and helped us find just what we needed :-)

I was a bit apprehensive of using Dreams as my previous experience in the store had not been a positive one, and I had expected to ‘just look’ and not actually make a purchase, and that we would buy elsewhere. Despite this we were greeted by Karen, and she made us feel at ease straight away. She took the time to make us feel comfortable, to understand our needs, to put up with our indecisiveness, and generally help steer us in the right direction. Karen’s personality suited us as customers, she certainly had the right approach for us as a couple. For me, Karen totally reversed my opinion, and of course, we made a purchase of what we hope will be a comfortable and long lasting bed.
