Nigel was great, answered all our questions concerning the TV bed we wanted to order. He also helped in ordering the mattress, which is very important to me as I am disable and I need a specific mattress for my needs.

We visited the store in Farnborough twice, on both occasions were helped by Karen. On our first visit, she ran through bed and storage types, showing us different fabrics available, and placed my daughter on the sleep machine to determine the type of mattress she needed. We went away to measure bedroom space at home, returning to store one week later, where we placed order, very efficiently handled by Karen. She offered us refreshments, and made the whole experience very easy.
