Dreams - Farnborough

We had visited previously a few weeks ago and had provisionally chosen what bed etc we wanted. At the time we were escorted by Karen and we explained that we were redecorating and would return. We asked specifically for Karen on our return.

Cornell was our assistant and she could not be anymore helpful. She wasn't pestering us or pushing us in anyway like we have had before in other shops. She offered refreshments, helped us with the bed mattress tester thing and was overall amazing.

Mike, the assistant, was very helpful and knowledgeable and obviously listened to our requirements without making assumptions.

Found the bed i liked. And Nigel was very helpful and honest. He helped us with the order in quick fashion.

The in-store support was excellent and the knowledge of the different mattresses made the task much easier.

We found what we wanted very quickly and easily. The staff were friendly and quick to assist us. Karen who assisted us during our visit was knowledgeable, efficient and patient while we worked out how we were going to proceed.

Fantastic service from Cornell. She greeted me as soon as I stepped into the store and immediately understood what I was looking for. She was proactive in suggesting options for me and noticed that I was time-limited, as I was dressed in my work uniform, so made sure I was all finished in time to leave for work without being rushed.

As soon as we walked in to the store we were greeted and assisted. Our needs were listened to and a good selection of products was identified for our needs. The assistant did not hurry us and was very kind and knowledgable.
