The friendliness and helpfulness of staff made a daunting experience very easy. Staff seemed very knowledgable and did their best to explain how the mattress would feel on our specific bed at home.

From the moment we entered the store the lovely Karen was there to greet us with a friendly warm smile and an offer of assistance if we needed it. There was a specific bed we were looking for and she showed us where to find it along with all the options available. She was also amazing with our 2.5 year old making him feel included in the whole process. We didn't hesitate to place our order and the whole transaction was nit only informative but smooth and hassle free too. Literally a dream at dreams 😀

friendly helpfull staff nothing was a problem brilliant

The sales lady (Karen) was fully understanding of my wife's physical needs (my wife was recently discharged from hospital following brain surgery). Karen showed patience whilst we selected the beds most appropriate to our needs - overall it was an enjoyable purchase without pressure and the quality of the beds shown was surprisingly good. The options for assembly and removal of old beds & mattresses highly appreciated.

I was acknowledged immediately Although that person was dealing with another customer he promptly passed me to a colleague who was able to initiate an assessment procedure I was then shown a selection of beds of the right firmness a pillow was provided

The staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Karen gave me time to try beds without rushing me but was there when I needed to ask something. I would definitely recommend them
