I found the employees not particularly friendly and not very good at trying to make the experience rewarding many products very expensive and delivery options not satisfying

Had I said 'Highly satisfied' where would be your need to improve your standards. Also I would have indicated you were perfect, & very few people or organisation deserve that rating, apart from Marilyn Monroe, Marty Robbins, & Arnold Palmer.

We visited early on a Tuesday morning, the member of staff was on the phone and alone.It took a while for him to finish the call and tend to us and didn't acknowledge our presence just letting us wander the store,although he did apologize once he got off the phone. Another member of staff would have been more acceptable.

The bed frame that I wanted was not in the show room to view. The prices of the products were found cheaper online. I was also disappointed with having to pay a delivery charge when I placed an order that was over £1000 !!

The employees in the store did not know the name of the bed I was buying and I had to go back upstairs to check it.

I don't ever give highly satisfied when I go into a store, find what I want send am out within 10 minutes. I was only buying a headboard and until it arrives I don't know how satisfied I will be. Previous experience of Dreams is not good, I ordered a bed a few years back which never ever arrived even though I took three separate days off work for it to be delivered. The gentleman who served me was very polite and helpful, so no reflection in him, why as a compact do you feel everything has to be highly satisfied?

I think the assistant could have spent more time with customers, but only one sales staff on the bottom floor doesn't allow this.

There was only one assistant in the store. Even though it was a Monday morning and quiet she was fully taken up answering other customers questions. With a store that big, I expected at least two people working at all times. It didn't matter that much as I knew pretty much what I wanted, a soft mattress to replace my very firm and not particularly comfortable one at home. I soon identified one and waited a few minutes for her to become free in order to arrange delivery and pay.
