Costly, not competitive

Some signs are misleading, where for some it says not avaliable in a specific size other signs didnt have those brackets and i would therefore conclude they were available, but would be proven wrong when it came to order. A bit frustrating when you had to change divans on 3 different occasions because either the sign was unclear or the headboard is not avaliable in a specific size.

We went to the store and browsed around at the product we wished to view. We were asked by the staff if we needed assistance but preferred to browse uninterrupted. The assistance given by the store staff was satisfactory and when we had finally decided on the product we asked for assistance to order the product and we were given that assistance, which again we felt as satisfactory.

Only one assistant available to serve

I think that the shop it's self could do with a face lift. It's looking abit old

It's a shop selling beds. It does that OK so I'm Satisfied. Why I am not Highly Satisfied? OK: (a) Prices were higher than I would have liked (b) I haven't had the bed delivered yet so I don't know if it's any good.

Came and got what we needed - no more, no less.

I don't tend to say highly satisfied. Our experience was good and we are likely to return to Dreams to buy ourselves a bed in the near future (I hope)

I am hard to please nothing is perfect they did a very good job

Sales lady was very pleasant ,my Sister and I were talking later that night and she said you are getting a double bed aren't you as we looked at the king size checked order and couldn't see size so went to shop next day to check only to be told she had ordered me a double bed base and a king size matteress was not impressed it has been rectified and the difference in price is going to be repaid,feel this is a large mistake that shouldn't have happened if I had not gone back would have waited 3weeks for delivery and not received right s matteress.we were given refreshment while at the shop .
