Dreams - Farnborough

The assistant was very friendly and very helpful with what i wanted to order wanted the same one i brought in 2017 but unfortunately wasn't available but looked at some on line before i went to the store and this Mattress sounded very comfortable in the write up about it so ordered that one, the assistant was very helpful in finding what i needed and i could pick a delivery date what i needed and if anything changes I can phone Dreams up and they will change it to my requirements and its free delivery too, Brilliant service and would definitely recommend Dreams to all my friends. Excellent.

The team member who looked after us was excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable, keen to find solutions, and a little frustrated the lead times were quite long. Not her fault. She did a super job (Karen)

Karen was great

As soon as we walked in a member of staff came up to us said Good morning and that she was available to help us.

From the moment we came to the store, Karen was kind, friendly and attentive! She gauged my needs quickly and showed me the available options in my price range. She allowed us time alone to wander and review the products, but gave us all the time we needed to make a purchase. All the products were of excellent quality, and of such a good price (we went to nearby bed stores who were significantly more expensive). The store was not overwhelmingly busy, so it was quiet and a pleasant shopping experience.

Geraldine at the Farnborough branch was excellent throughout the process and very helpful and friendly.

We walked in looking for a sale mattress we had seen online. Nigel came over and helped us find the mattress we were looking for but also showed us two others, one of which we chose. He was friendly without being pushy and let us take our time. We went back to purchase two days later where he remembered us and the sale was very easy and quick!
