We was trying to buy a mattress on line. Unfortunately we was unable to make up our minds. It was getting late on a Saturday(bank holiday weekend) . Therefore we really did not want to go. But we came out thinking we spent more time wasting online looking. So we was pleased when we came home happy. Much better. Many Thinks

Assistant did not understand the pricing shown on the product card, and then was unable to check the correct pricing on the computer.

I was looking for a budget mattress that I had sourced online, and wanted to take away with me. I was looking for a fast, no-nonsense sale, which is what I got. Your sales assistant was clear, honest, and helpful and quickly gauged my needs and promptly met them without any 'spiel'!

The store does not have a clear selling point as to matching bases to mattresses. The colleague when initially asked to show us a bed priced around the £500 mark only showed us two products. Appeared very condescending when discussing other more expensive products and could not wait to get back to her coffee and biscuits. We made our own decision on a bed which she had not shown us but when it was clear we were ready to buy had us sat down taking details in a flash! No payment plans offered only full payment. Free delivery but not at weekends so only one day available mid week which fingers crossed I can get the day off or £38 charge, again pointed out in the strongest possible terms. Overall not a positive lady. Second bed purchased from Dreams, first one ten years ago. Amazing quality hence the revisit. Not feeling as positive as I did ten years ago but hopefully product is still of a high quality as before.

The sales assistant didn't know a lot, but was very friendly. The store only carried 1 of the products I wanted to try out.
