The staff were friendly and helpful but the bed frame I ordered was not available for delivery for a long time (over 2 weeks), so when my boyfriend and I move into our new flat on 4th May, we'll be sleeping on a mattress on the floor for 10 days.

Everyone in the dreams store were very nice and knowledgable about their product. We were pleased to be able to negotiate though the same deal for the tempur mattress and bed wasn’t available in store as it was on line. I.e the pillows and duvet thrown in as well. Which was a shame.

I was highly satisfied with the way I was treated, and with the advice was given. The service given at the desk was very informative and helpful to me.

Nothing specific about it. Rating is subjective, if Highly Satisfied is the top rating then the experience could never be improved upon. Most purchasing experiences can be improved upon.

We purchased a mattress for my young son, thankfully maybe because of the bad weather the shop had very few customers in. This meant we didn't have to wait for an advisor. MY son enjoyed the experience as he was able to jump about and try a variety of beds. I was surprised at the cost of many of the mattresses, and i found many of the sign unclear ii.e i wasn't sure if the price quoted was for the bed, mattress or both, or even which size of mattress was being quoted.My son choose a mattress and the sales rep was able to complete our transaction quickly, whilst offering some good advise on open the vacuum pack without damaging the mattress within. I was disappointed at how firm/hard the mattress was when i unpacked it at home as it seems far harder than the one on display at the store. Fingers x'd it becomes softer over time. i am sure my son will tell me. In short i didn't give a Highly Satisfied grade as the pricing was unclear, the advertised sales where not easy to locate and the difference in firmness between the display and the bought product.

Went into store knowing what I wanted and the staff were very helpful and John who served me gave good customer service and was helpful

it was a pleasant experience. when we were assisted, we found what we wanted in a very short while and we quickly got the pricing done and purchase was made

There were not enough staff on, and it was your Sale. I had to wait 15-20 minutes befroe i could place an order. Luckily I knew what I wanted (and diod not want) as very little help was given.

Tried to amend by order (cancel the disposal of old bed & mattress) but was told this was not possible. Not happy to be paying for something I don't need. Especially as was told at point of order that we could cancel at a later date (as long as gave a weeks notice) but better to include in order in case we did need it.
