Largely a very satisfactory visit, but didn't have a range of pillow we would've otherwise purchased if they were in stock. Other than that, we found a bed we really liked and received some really knowledgeable information on mattresses from Nigel

Haphazard arrangement of beds

Sometimes the sales assistant was a bit too present and prices were generally a bit high

The store was extremely hot!!! It had no A/C on a 32 degree day outside, it was even hotter inside and so it made the experience uncomfortable.

Time till delivery

The product selection of mattresses wasn't that big and prices online did not match the prices in store

It's difficult to rate higher on some specifics as we've yet to use the product purchased.

Having placed the order, I was disappointed to see on your web site that the mattress chosen only had 2 stars with many negative comments. I think this should have been alluded to or pointed out during our decision making.

No particular reason but didn't seem to have much choice in the store

The bed was not in stock so haven't even got a delivery date as yet
