I felt a little rushed and that although I was clearly buying a bed the staff member abandoned me to assist someone else and was in no rush to return, until I went and explained I was in a hurry

No issues

The payment system was not functioning in store. Nigel did all he could to help out but we were waiting for the system to start working for thirty minutes

I am satisfied as we had to wait a while to be served and chose the items ourselves whilst waiting.

our experience was good but not exceptional

I'm not one to overpraise a situation, this was my first experience of Dreams so I had no base on which to evaluate the service.

Regarding the quality of the product. I would need to see it and experience it when delivered so its difficult to give a score of more than 'satisfied' at this stage.

Shop busy with Saturday shoppers

It was a bit busy. Was asked if we needed help to begin with. We didn't but after a decision on a bed had to find someone to help
