Had a satisfied experience, always room for improvement.

as it was new years day the staff were all busy and there was a que of customers waiting to be served this is the only reason I have not said I was highly satisfied

Thought there might be better deals in the sales

No major criticisms at all. Perhaps I should have said "Highly Satisfied" but as there was no massage, jacuzzi or free bar offered I think "Satisfied" is probably more appropriate!

We went on a very busy day, we had to wait for a while to get a collegue to help to order our bed, which in the circumstances was satisfactery.

There were only two headboards available in the colour I wanted and they cost over £300 which was more than the price of the divan base

Nothing specific but was overall satisfied with some elements highly satisfied

There seemed to be other customers getting a lot more customer service than us. Maybe as we were only buying a mattress we didn't get 1-2-1 service. Although when we did speak to someone they were lovely and helpful, but briefer than with others.

The service from trainee Nick was superb he was outstanding in his knowledge and couldn't do enough to help, however upon purchasing I was handed to another colleague to run through the order who had a very "this is too much effort" kind of attitude and made me feel like I was a complete burden, the experience was excellent until purchase.

I went to a Dreams local to my address, but there was limited stock available to view - so it was quite a bit of a drive to the nearest decent size showroom. I thought the pricing was quite high - and was told Dreams like to try keep prices low all year - it is disappointing to now see the same mattress on sale - I would have appreciated the honesty of staff to say that I would have probably received a similar delivery slot, along with the lower price, had I waited.
