There was an issue with the 20% off deal and this caused me to have to cancel my order and change it out for another mattress. This was down to lack of clear signage in the shop and even the employees were confused about what items were in the sale.

I wasn’t higly satisfied because items i was looking for were not in the store ( found them online at Dreams website) .

I felt a little pressured into our choice of mattress. I could have been more forceful in asking to try other mattresses but we were being pushed into the one that we bought. The only reason I did not go back to cancel was because I know we have 30 days to try it and swap if we are not satisfied. The only reason we would not necessarily go back to this particular Dreams is because it is not our closest store. We ended up there because it was the closest one that was displaying the actual bed frame that we wanted.

I am very satisfied with my experience but maybe give a little more time for a browse before the assistant comes over. But she was good not too pushy like other stores we just prefer to shop in peace and knowing there is assistance available of we need it.

There was only one colleague who was busy and we had to wait longer than I would have liked for service, however he was very apologetic and his knowledge and service were excellent.

Allthough i totally understand the ‘price is the price’ premise i do think some room for movement on the pricing of products would be great, again i can acknowledge that at certain times certain offers can help items become more affordable but i believe in my case the price could have been dropped lower upon request or something as trivial as pillows or mattress topper could have been thrown in to make me feel as though i had achieved something, it’s that sense of achievement which would have me recommending this chain to friends and family ...

We had a failed delivery so needed to order a different mattress that would physically fit in our home. If the inflexibility of the mattress had been explained we may have chosen a different mattress the first time? However an alternative was found and Karen was incredibly helpful.
