I was satisfied with my visit. Highly satisfied feels to be an unnecessary description.

In the main I was very satisfied very nice staff I await delivery if the goods to be sure how well satisfied I am

I was very satisfied with my visit to Dreams bed store

We we impressed with the sleep assessor thing that recommended the best mattresses for us which was very smart. We did notice that there were only the higher priced mattresses on the recommendation list which is understandable, but perhaps a few budget recommendations would be great. Also, something to entertain young ones whilst we're looking would be useful. eg. a play area/ipads etc.

There is quite a lot of things to trip over in the store. Also the display stands make pushing a child in a pushchair between the isles difficult and fiddly.

Staff were welcoming and helping and didn’t rush us Bought a mattress but didn’t buy a bed due to a 2 month delay which was very disappointing as we spent a long time choosing to settle on one.

No real problems except beds were quite grubby, but that is to be expected with people on and off them all day. Also store quite busy, but again we chose to go on a bank holiday weekend. These were the only reasons for a not highly satisfied. Also on looking on my receipt after the visit I discovered that 20% off did not apply to everything as we were first told.

I was served by two members of staff, the first gentleman (unsure of his name) was very knowledgeable but felt a little pushy. I felt more comfortable being helped by the second member of staff, Sing.

There were a few dirty marks on the beds which wasn't pleasant and put you off testing the matresses
