Was highly satisfied with visit

It was difficult to find help, everyone was so busy, we wandered around for quite a while before we could speak to anyone!

The manager (Jason I believe his name is) was unapproachable and would not make eye contact. Despite his staff member (a really lovely Greek man, I cant remember his name sorry!) Trying to speak to him with regards getting us a good deal, he acted as if we were not in the shop let alone sat at the next desk. He walked past in close proximity a number of times and point blank ignored us.

Paid more than we initially budgeted for

The original ‘salesman’ was a ‘salesman’ he had not an ounce of authenticity, lacked honesty & integrity & we felt as if our business was not valued. When we returned to make a purchase of the mattress only we were happy to be looked after a younger assistant who had integrity & authenticity & were pleased we could give our business to him.

I would have preferred more mattresses to be available. I have also been twice to the store and would have hoped for some rotation of products so you could try some more of the lines that are only available to purchase on the web. Plus more options for soft support.

There are only two reasons I'm not Highly Satisfied at this stage .. 1. I haven't received the mattress yet and until I do and have had a chance to sleep on it for a while I can't be sure it's the right choice. 2. Price - the price was competitive but I'd always want the price to be cheaper :-)
