Dreams - Farnborough

The value was ok.

Karen at your Farnborough store was wonderful and looked after us very well. I was satisfied because she provided the level of service and assistance you would expect from Dreams.

We were satisfied but our original choice had a 12 week wait so had to change the colour to get it much earlier than that. Staff were great at finding a solution just disappointing.

We were given a bed test initially to see which beds would be suitable but for our personal comfort we went for something entirely different, so the test was not very accurate. Price wise your products, although not the same manufacturer, we felt you were on the high side for similar quality products.

No I am satisfied. I just never give a 10/10. However Karen @ farnborough store was superb !

Choosing a new mattress at the age of 77 is not the most enjoyable experience in any store.

The prices of mattress compared with competitor's equivalents was very high even after all the discounts

Overall signage could have been a little clearer, indicating sections of the store.

Store is basic in decor/ layout

The store was a bit squashed together, and I couldn't see over the headboards so i got lost a little!
