reasonable experience - sellers colleague interfered a little but was trying to be helpful to customer to be fair - bit of a wait for seller to approach and help but that may be company policy allowing customer time to look around. Seller very pleasant and understanding about my back issues so listened to customer well.

The only minor issue was the 3-week wait for delivery, but that isn't the store's fault, it's just difficult to wait 3 weeks when you get a taste of a stunning bed experience. Other than that, the offer of water in plastic bottles and seeing the vast amounts of plastic bottles wasn't great for someone who researches the environment. It is a fantastic customer service idea, but perhaps cans of water? It just seems wasteful and was the main thing that irked me. Again, not the in-store team, more a company thing.

Just hard to choose right mattress in shop environment. Worried it will not be as comfortable as old one.

Overall value-price ratio wasn't as good as I'd expected, given all the hype around it being a time of massive savings and the huge Sale signs all over the place.

I understand that you cannot stock every mattress but a 8 day wait seems a little long.

We were informed of an offer for Tempur pillows but were not given sufficient advice on the types resulting in receiving a pillow that is not suitable for us which we cannot exchange or return.

Overall I was satisfied with the visit. One thing that could have been better during the visit is that some employees did not wear face coverings and it did not seem to be mandatory for customers to wear masks either. I understand the store may align with government guidelines but would have preferred mandatory face coverings for all. The wrong mattress was ordered when we were in store but luckily the assistant realised somehow and called back the next day to fix the mistake.
