Dreams - Farnborough

I visited on two occasions to choose and buy a mattress. The first visit, my wife saw the member of staff rolling her eyes towards another colleague in regards to us. The second visit was positively different and the guy who served me was great!

Delivery time longer than expected

The customer service from Cornell was excellent and the product looks good. I began a finance application but get uncomfortable sharing in an open plan environment personal financial details. Suggest these could be inputted on a tablet as a way of keeping things private. I paid by debit card in the end- not a problem but not my first choice.

Prices are way above the quality of the products and the time to deliver them is huge with the uncertainty of the time in that day that the products will arrive

Too much "fun" from the sales representative - he was friendly and all, but his jokes about family life and wife-husband relationships were a bit too trivial and... just too much

Josh was great

The sales man was in training and amazing, serving lots of customers in one go but couldn’t process the sale so someone else took over but wasn’t as happy or friendly but very efficient.

Karen has been incredible with her customer service on the phone. The lady in store (not Karen) kept saying kingsize when we had specifically said superking a number of times. Just made me think rather than being 100% convinced.

Karen was welcoming she greeted us and asked if we need help. Showed us the beds around and left me to decide she was very good with good communication and represented well the image of the company Dream . She provided water and asked if I wanted tea. All was good and I can recommend anyone . Very good to karen and it was because of her I managed to choose the bed I wanted.

At times I felt the store colleagues were a bit 'salesy' which I realise they are on commission for sales however I am in a similar role and try and be a bit less car salesman/estate agent
